Thanksgiving

It's that time of year once again. Time to give thanks to all the wonderful things that God has place before all of us every day of our lives.....But should we not be giving thanks every moment of everyday ? Why do we need a day dedicated to remind us of our existence, should not the very air that we breath be enough of a reminder that we are here because God has willed it to be so. It does not matter your background, where you hail from, your ethnicity, your race nor your religious or non-religious beliefs. It does not matter the color of your hair, skin or clothing what you wear or don't wear. It has nothing to do with your income level, how much you have or don't have. It has not a thing to do with the new job that you got or didn't get. It is not that new person that has come into your life or the old one that walked out. Are you still inhaling and exhaling? What has last night, or last year got to do with you taking a moment and saying Thank-you..!! For all the good that you put in my life and all the not so good to make me appreciate it. We as human beings need to take a moment and realize that this planet and every thing in and on it was created so that we could give God his glory and his praise. Because with the sacrifice that he made through his only begotten son for us, because he so love us. Take one moment and say Thank you Lord, for all that you have done, for all that you are doing and for all that you have willed to do, thank you for thinking of me.
